We only ship through the United States Postal Service. The below terms apply for United States domestic orders.
As of December 16, 2010 All DOMESTIC/US ORDERS are now shipped by weight and all orders over 1 LB (16 oz) will ship via Priority Mail. All orders under 1 LB (16 oz) will ship First Class Mail.
Why did you change your shipping policy? With the old shipping policy your shipping fees were based on order total. So if you purchased a dress costing $118 you would have been charged $12.00 where as now you might only be charged $7.00 since it's based on the weight of the garment!
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify/change our shipping fees at any time. The USPS shipping rates may be raised (as it has been over the past few years) therefore we will adjust our shipping fees to accomodate the changes.

How long will it take to receive my order? Allow 12-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
How do I check on the status of my order? You can login to your account to see your order status. You will also receive e-mail notification with a tracking number when your order has been processed and shipped.
Can I track my order? Yes! Please visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number that was sent to you when your order was processed/shipped.
Do you offer Express or Overnight shipping? Yes! If you need something very quickly please contact us or write a note upon checkout. We will send you an invoice for the additional shipping charges. Please note your payment must be cleared before we can process your order and the additional shipping charges must be paid before we can ship your order overnight/express.
I haven't received my order?!? Please be sure to check USPS.com to track your order. We really do try our hardest to get items out within 3-5 business days of cleared payment (not including weekends) but if it's is around the holidays or we get a lot of orders we may get slowed down.
My order was shipped to the wrong address?!? We ship to the Shipping Address provided by you when you created your account (you can have multiple shipping addresses). If the item was shipped to the wrong address, we will cross check to see what shipping address was provided. Please note we are not responsible for lost/missing orders due to a wrong shipping address provided.
Why was my order sent back to you? If your order was sent back to us that means you failed to pick up your package from your local post office by their deadline. We will ship back your order to you but please note you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
