Every product is carefully inspected for flaws before being listed in our vintage shop. Multiple view photographs are provided for each product along with measurements, fabric/material content (if label exists, or we do our best to guess), and any other notes we may have on each product.
Remember you are purchasing something that is vintage meaning it is preloved and preworn and will not be in perfect, brand new condition. Small flaws are to be expected considering most of our vintage clothes and accessories are atleast 20 years old.
+ We DO NOT take returns for items that do not fit. We provide measurements for each item and an approximate modern day size. If you have any questions about an item please {contact us} before purchasing.
+ We DO NOT take returns for slight color variance. Please remember your personal monitor settings may be different than ours.
+ Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE. NO returns, refunds, or exchanges for items on in the sale/clearance section of if product was purchased during our "Weekly Specials" promotion.
+ We DO take returns if the item was grossly misrepresented or if you were sent the wrong item. For example, a grossly misrepresented product means we described a dress as being in Mint condition and floor length when it's only in Fair condition and a knee length dress.
+ In some cases we will refund you for a purchase but will charge a 20% relisting fee of the product price. This usually only happens if the item shipped back to us is not in the same condition it was sent to you. This helps with covering the cost of re-cleaning and re-steaming the product.
+ Email us within 24 hours of your delivery date (we will be able to track when your order was received) if you would like to return an item. You must email us a return request and let us know you would like a refund/exchange before shipping us back anything! This way we can better assist you with your return or offer you an exchange.
+ Refunds are given in the same form as payment was received. All of our payments are processed through Paypal therefore all of our refunds are also processed through Paypal. Allow 5-7 Business Days for your refund to be processed by Adorevintage.
+ Store Credit is available if you don't want a refund. You may also exchange your products. Store Credit is for the PRODUCT PRICE amount (not order total). You may exchange for anything else in the shop but please note you are responsible for additional charges. For example, if you purchased a $34 dress but want to exchange for a $38 dress you must pay the additional $4. If you exchange for something LESS than the original product price, the remainder will be given to you via store credit.
+ Buyer are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the return. We do not refund for shipping and handling fees.
+ All returns must be received within 14 Days of your receipt date and must arrive in the same condition as it was sent. We have had some people return items that smelled of cigarettes or were stained and clearly worn. We are honest with how we handle your business, please be honest with us.
+ We are not responsible for lost or damaged items you send back to us, so we highly suggest getting insurance and/or tracking information.
