We only ship through the United States Postal Service. The below terms apply for International orders.


Why don't you ship to my country?
Adorevintage ships to most major countries around the world. If you would like us to ship to your country, please {contact us}

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere between 5-10 business days for packages to arrive.

I haven't received my order and it's been over a month?!?
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of notified shipping date please remember that your package may be held at your post office for customs check or your post office requires you to pay import taxes/fees for your package. In some cases packages will be sent back to us. This could be for a number of reasons including, but not limited to: wrong/non existent shipping address, customs/duties/import tax fees were not paid, package was never claimed.

What happens if my order was sent back to you?
We will ship back your order to you within 72 hours (excluding weekends) of us receiving the package. Please note you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. New customs label number will be e-mailed to you.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. We keep receipts of shipment from the USPS and keep copies of all of our customs labels numbers for proof of shipment.

Do you offer Express shipping for International Orders?
No, currently we do not.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the customs label number will be sent to your registered email. Unfortunately this does not allow you to fully track your order. It will show you when it has left the United States and you can give the number to your local post office to see if it has arrived at your country of destination.

I received a notice about having to pay for customs, duties, or import taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. These additional fees have nothing to do with Adorevintage and are determined by your country's postal service therefore we are not responsible for paying for this.

If your order has been returned to us because of non-payment of above said fees it is your responsibility to pay for the additional shipping charges to ship the item back to you.

All orders under 4 LBS with order total of LESS than $200 are shipped via First Class Mail International. All orders over 4 LBS or with order total OVER $200 are shipped via Priority Mail International.
