SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES

  • All orders 4LBS and under are shipped Air Mail First Class
  • All orders 4 LBS and over are shipped Priority Mail International and additional shipping charges may be applied
  • Flat rate shipping to Canada and Mexico is $12.50 (additional shipping charges may still be applied)

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & IMPORT TAXES
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. These additional fees have nothing to do with Adorevintage and are determined by your country's postal service.

If your order has been returned to us because of non-payment of above said fees it is your responsibility to pay for the additional shipping charges to ship the item back to you.

EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
We DO NOT offer Express or Overnight shipping for international shipments.

TRACKING SHIPMENT
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the customs label number will be sent to your registered email. Unfortunately this does not allow you to fully track your order. It will show you when it has left the United States and you can give the number to your local post office to see if it has arrived at your country of destination.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive? We ship 2 times a week usually within 3-5 business days of cleared payment (not including weekends). First Class International takes approximately 5-10 business days up to 12 business days to arrive.

  • It's been over 2 weeks!?! If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of notified shipping date please remember that your package may be held at your post office for customs check or your post office requires you to pay import taxes/fees for your package. We are not responsible for these fees as they have nothing to do with Adorevintage.

  • It's been over a month!?! If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of notified shipping date your order was probably shipped back to us. This could be for a number of reasons including, but not limited to: wrong/non existent shipping address, customs/duties/import tax fees were not paid, package was never claimed.

  • What happens if my order was sent back to you? We will ship back your order to you within 72 hours (excluding weekends) of us receiving the package. Please note you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. New customs label number will be e-mailed to you.

  • What if my package is lost/stolen? We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. We keep receipts of shipment from the USPS and keep copies of all of our customs labels numbers for proof of shipment.
